Return Policy
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Free from any alterations, stains, or damage
• Returned with all original tags and packaging

Please note: Custom-made and altered items, including bridal gowns, suits, and tailored garments, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate the Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@maryamsbridalcouture.com or +1 410 501 9415. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
   
   
2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
   
   
3. Ship the Item: Please securely pack the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to ensure it reaches us safely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
   
   
4. Processing the Return: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s). If the return meets our policy requirements, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as outlined above for returns. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Exchange shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@maryamsbridalcouture.com or +1 410 501 9415. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
